When you press the ‘Order Now’ button for any item, you will automatically be taken to Paypal’s secure pages to make payment for the item. The price and description will automatically appear, along with a standard postage charge of 7.50GBP. We currently only accept online payment via Paypal. We deliver from London, UK to the world. Orders will usually be dispatched within 48 hours using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service in the UK and Airsure where available in Europe. For other regions, we will always try to use a tracked mail service to ensure orders arrive safely. Please note, for delivery outside the EU area additional postage costs may apply. We will contact you directly in this instance.
A standard postage charge of 7.50GBP is added to your order total at the Paypal confirmation page.
Order cancellation / Refund Policy
If your order arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please advise us immediately to get instructions for return for a free replacement or refund. All items are sent in perfect condition, so please do not accept delivery of an item which is obviously damaged. Please note that any delay in reporting damage caused in transit may affect our ability to refund or replace your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return it to us within 7 days for a refund. You must contact Modern Empire (firstname.lastname@example.org) before returning any item. Upon safe receipt of the package we will arrange a refund. For a full description of your consumer rights under UK Law, please visit the Office of Fair Trading website at www.oft.gov.uk. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so up to 7 days after receipt of your goods. If you wish to cancel your order after receipt you must contact Modern Empire (email@example.com) and we will give instructions on how to repack the goods. Prints and works on paper are easily damaged and must be returned in good condition and at the customers cost. If they are carefully repacked there is no reason why they should get damaged and we will be happy to refund the purchase price in full on receipt of the returned items.
